I had previously been on and off of Soylent for several years, having been an original beta tester for the product. Back then I loved the idea and looked forward to it improving over time. Fast forward to now, and the only thing that has improved about Soylent is the marketing. The product itself has questionable ingredients and low quality forms of several macro and micronutrients. After doing some digging, I came across Milk Fuel and it is everything I wanted out of Soylent and more. It has an amazing nutritional profile, high quality forms of all the micronutrients, it keeps me full, it tastes good, is a great price, and although this is subjective, I generally just feel better after drinking it, unlike Soylent which would sometimes even give me a minor headache. I cannot recommend Milk Fuel enough. I have only tried Strawberry so far, and although the flavor is subtle, it is quite pleasant and would be easy to customize to your liking.

Milk Fuel has replaced a majority of my meals for close to three years now. I feel great when I’m on it, and it’s helped me stay fit and healthy. With other meal replacements I never feel satisfied and inevitably crave junk food, but with Milk Fuel those cravings disappear. I see myself continuing to use Milk Fuel for the foreseeable future.

I’ve been eating Milk Fuel almost exclusively for a long time now. Like, seven or eight MONTHS long. While I do supplement with solid food every once in a while, I never actually feel the need to eat anything else. This stuff, despite how janky the very concept of a meal replacement may seem, has actually kept me healthier than I typically was on a “normal” diet. It tastes great, it’s incredibly convenient (assuming you have access to a blender, refrigerator and insulated flask), and it seriously does fulfill the dietary needs of the average adult human. That’s an amazing achievement. Well done, axcho!

It’s so much better now!
Four years ago, Cinnamon Milk Fuel was the first ever lent product I tried (back when it was Schmilk!), and I remember it tasting absolutely *awful*. Back then I could only describe it as “paint”, but these days from knowing more about lents I know it’s more correct to call it “metallic”. I thought I was going mad, because the metallic taste was super strong and forward, and I couldn’t find anyone talking about this. I even tried Keto Fuel a bit after, and same paint taste. Couldn’t believe it.
Well, I’ve gone and tried Milk Fuel again (this time just plain vanilla) and now I can easily say that it really does “taste like cereal milk”. I don’t know what’s changed, but if you’re somehow like me and was turned off an older variant of this, you’ll be happy to know that something has changed and it’s great now for us unlucky few, which is exciting because I love the goal of the product and the nutrition around it.

These shakes have been a lifesaver for my partner and I in losing pandemic pounds! I strongly suggest it for fellow vegans, in particular. We do not like buying massive amounts of plant-based milk, so we have moved to using powders when making the shakes to considerable success. Here is the breakdown of how we prepare ours (of course you can make any of these with the vegetable milk of your choice):
Chocolate: works great with pea protein powder/water. I recommend starting here and expanding once you are comfortable. Also works with coconut milk powder, but it will be much less satisfying.
Strawberry: my personal favorite. I make it two ways. First, you can make it with pea protein/water and a scoop of no-sugar-added preserves for a strong strawberry flavor. Second, you can make it with powdered peanut butter and the preserves for a PB&J sandwich result. Both are great, but you need the preserves because the strawberry flavor is rather subtle.
Vanilla: goes well with pea protein/water or coconut milk powder, but I suggest adding some zero-calorie sweetener when making it. Also goes well with peanut butter powder for a strong peanut butter flavored shake.
Just play around with the different flavors and you will find lots of ways to satisfy your hunger and cravings!

This really helped me have the energy to go through out the day; while work Night Shifts at work and not once have i felt tired or fatigued.
Pros:
Great taste (I tried Vanilla).
Good texture.
Cons:
Must keep refrigerated or at least in a cold environment.
To my experience It Spoils with in 3.5 hours when mixed.

I started drinking Schmilk to save money and get in those things I’m probably missing from my normal diet. The Adderall for my ADD was giving me bad side effects, so I took myself off it, and I was doing fine without it. Then, I ran out of Schmilk and my symptoms started coming back. Got myself some more Schmilk and It’s back under control. I’m not saying Schmilk is a cure for ADD, but it’s definitely giving my body something that it was missing from my diet which is helping me manage without meds. Thank you for a great product an affordable price.

I love this! I have mixed it in smoothies and it tastes great in almond milk. To save on costs I would usually do half water and half almond milk. My normal routine now is to mix it in oatmeal though – I get a tea kettle boiling throw some blueberries on top of oatmeal then stir in the Schmilk – It is great! I have however started to take calcium vitamins due to this being intended to be taken mixed with milk. Favorite flavors are original and chocolate.

Schmilk is AWESOME! As a university student, it lets me pack breakfast and lunch into a Hydro Flask so I can study all day without any breaks.
Used Schmilk for an entire quarter with it being around 80% of all my meals and nutrients, and feel just as healthy, if not healthier than just eating fast food. In addition I also exercised regularly without any weird side effects.
I ended up getting a 4.0 this quarter because of Schmilk. Thanks Alex (axcho) for the great customer service!

I LOVE my SCHMILK. It is a MUST I drink it every morning before I go to work to keep me energized and focused. Definitely a no brainer for me to get the subscription as I drink it for breakfast on my work days. I have the ORIGINAL flavor which tastes much like cake batter. Usually mix it with Vanilla soy milk or 1% Fat milk and throw in a half scoop of cookies and cream whey protein to bump the protein content up. Consistency is like a thick milkshake. Yummy just thinking about it right now. Shout outs to Alex aka Axcho for the amazing product and great customer service.
