Perhaps I haven’t been using enough water (though I follow the exact recommended measurements) but generally this is much too thick for me. It makes it pretty difficult to swallow in more than one mouthful per sitting. Flavour is fine, no complaints but no exceptional praise either.
I’ve been drinking exclusively their product for all my meals, changing between this and their keto product for a month. I’m glad I chose half of my meals for keto because I would have been sitting with several bags of the super fuel for months, dreading to knock it back.
However, passed the texture and thickness, it’s proven for me to phenomenally improve my energy throughout the day, curb my appetite to an effective nil and has no negative side-effects such as nausea and the like if I try to chug a whole meal’s worth in a minute for any reason.

I’ve been trying few different meal replacement shakes for a couple of months now. So far I’ve tasted Garden of Life, Madre Labs, Vegansmart and couple of more brands and I was ready to stick with the Garden of Life shakes when I discovered Super Fuel. After trying the sample I’ve fall in love with the taste, it’s simple the best I’ve tried (been using the chocolate powder) so far! zero after taste and good texture, not too thin and not to thick or grainy. The fact that it has all essential vitamins and minerals is a great bonus ! I’m on 3 meal a day currently, sometimes taking few fruits in between and I feel great ! I mix my fuel with organic Soy Milk(333ML) and a spoon of Chia seeds for the omega 3 ! it comes out great ! I highly recommend this product and I know I’ll keep using it for a while !

I have severe IBS and intolerances to various types of gluten- I was in search of a complete source of nutrition which would not cause inflammation, and a meal replacement that I could down even when my guts are in pain. Bought three bags. They worked wonderfully. Tried cinnamon and chocolate, both are simply delicious. Tried adding a few frozen fruit to the chocolate to make a chocolate fruit smoothie. That went well too.
The recommended amount of olive oil can overpower the Light Fuel’s flavor, so I usually put in 1/2 the olive oil and 1/2 coconut oil. Sadly those leftover ingredients of mine are running out, and while Super Light Fuel is a wonderful product, it’s not yet affordable enough for a poor grad student. Can’t deal with milk gluten but switching to Schmilk that my gf is getting me, shall try 2 meals/day and leave a review on her account if she lets me!

I’ve been drinking Light Fuel for the past month, about 1 meal a day, and it’s been a great experience. I’m the sort of person sensitive to different foods/ingredients. For example, I tried Soylent v 1.0 and it made me so fatigued that I had to stop after a week. So the hypoallergenic, comparatively unprocessed formula for Light Fuel was very appealing to me.
And sure enough, my body and brain have done well on the formula – I haven’t noticed any differences in my energy/mood level between drinking Light Fuel vs. eating a whole foods meal. I’ve tried both the vanilla and plain versions, and I would not recommend the plain unless you are going to add custom flavors yourself as it is very…plain.
I don’t expect to move beyond one meal a day anytime soon as I’m skeptical of the reductionist approach to nutrition and whether we know enough about biology *yet* to successfully mimic the healthfulness of natural, whole foods. While the ‘soylent’ movement may be a bit ahead of it’s time, I see Super Body Fuel as a trailblazer in the experiment of powered foods and one of the healthiest options on the market at this point – depending on your nutritional needs. If you have a sensitive gut and/or want something very convenient and affordable, I’d highly recommend Light Fuel!

I drink a 2 liter Nalgene bottle of Light Fuel every day. I blend 8 scoops of powder with water and then add 6 tablespoons of MCT oil. I have one 28oz blender bottle for breakfast, one for lunch at work, and then I drink the little bit that’s left in the Nalgene when I get home, for a snack. And then I eat regular food later on.
I love this food. It’s delicious without having a strong flavor. I move around a lot on my job and I have lots of energy.
I was considering switching to another product that comes in single serving bottles, but Light Fuel is cheaper, and why switch from something I like? I hope you guys make this stuff forever.

I’ve only tried the cinnamon version so far but I really enjoy it; I mix it with liquid coconut oil and it tastes great. I was drinking Soylent 1.5 for several months before trying Super Body Fuel but it caused a severe acne outbreak (which has never been an issue for me at all) so obviously that wasn’t going to work out. I also like that this product has a higher ratio of protein per serving, so overall I’m really happy I made the switch.

Figured it’s time I wrote my review.
Simply put it does work. I started at weighing 173 lbs, drank twice a day for breakfast and lunch, light light exercise, and ate overall pretty freely on weekends (yes even fast food once a week) I started mid January it is now January 27th and I weigh 157 lbs getting closer to my 155 goal.
The taste of the chocolate kinda reminds of really liquidy chocolate oatmeal but I got used to it very quickly and now do like it.
As another reviewer mentioned and it happened to me too it gave me some pretty bad gas, kinda lethal farts where the smell made me sick.
Only thing I miss to pieces is the purchasing in bulk discount, I am afraid I may not be able to purchase anymore, however for those with the money it is very well worth it if you’re trying to shed some pounds. Will be purchasing again for sure if some kinda discounts go out.

I’ve been drinking Light Fuel for the past several months, usually a bag a day or a little less, or about 2/3 of my total calories. I love how convenient it is! I don’t have to cook, clean up dishes, or go to the grocery store every week unless I want to, and it makes my mornings much easier when I can just fill up a couple bottles for breakfast and lunch instead of cooking and packing enough food for the day.
As for this specific product, I find that it is satisfying and effective in keeping me full and energized throughout the day. The texture is slightly grainy, the taste is sweet and kind of starchy, and I like to add about a tablespoon of cocoa powder to each day’s batch (I got a big order of the vanilla). My only complaint is that it makes me gassy. It seems to be worst for the first few days starting after I’ve been eating other things (like during school breaks when I’m back home), but does noticeably decrease within the first week.
I can’t really compare it to all the other Super Body Fuel products, but it is more “watery” than Schmilk, with a similar taste profile. Compared to Soylent 1.5, this one tastes better, but Soylent 1.5 is smoother and doesn’t require added oil.
