Super Electrolytes are the best! Nuff said… I buy them for a DIY ketogenic meal replacement. Along with a bit of table salt, Super Electrolytes take care of all my electrolyte needs. I also highly recommend their Super Micros mix. Together, these two products have reduced the pains of making “DIY soylent” to just figuring out macronutrient ratios.
If you’re not into meal replacements, you can just add Super Electrolytes to water and sip throughout the day. They work just as effectively and there are no symptoms of “keto flu” whatsoever. 9g of electrolytes mixed with 40 oz of water is quite drink-able without any additives. If you find the taste to be too salty, you can always add some flavoring/sweetener (Mio/Stevia/etc…).
By the way, SuperBodyFuel’s support deserves a special “Thank you!”. They’ve answered lots of silly questions from me without losing any enthusiasm. Buy this stuff already and tell your friends :-D
